I am running a GT 67 with the mods in my Sig.
I have heard the sweet spot on this turbo is 24-25 pound. Now with this said would I be better off to run this type of boost with low timing, or...like I have been doing is to keep the boost moderate around 21 pounds with 23 degrees of timming?
This is for street type racing and performance considering pump fuel and alky or 100 octane.
At the track I would crank the timing and boost with race fuel.
This car is new to me and I am just learing its manors and have not had a chance to test any theorys. Although I did have my 1st blast of boost today, it was a long winter, man they always feel faster in the spring!
