For sale is a precision GT61 series turbo. Precision calls it the GT3561. It is the same turbo as the PT61, but with the larger GT style housing. Turbo is good into low elevens to high tens and sells new for near $750-800. It has fast spool up and works well with a stall between 2500-3200. It should work well with stock converters but you would relaly get full potential out of it with an aftermarket converter. I thought I would give you folks a shot here instead of putting it on ebay. It has been used for just over a year with no track time. It is all easy highway miles, so the turbo has ZERO shaft play. Since I built my motor I am going with a larger turbo. This one can be yours for $550 shipped. I take paypal, check, or money order. Please add 3% for paypal fees if paid through them. Here is a pic of it compared to the factory Turbo. This is a great deal, so take advantage of it now. Let me know if you have any questions.

I'm interested in it, but I have never heard of a GT3561, is it also known as the GT6131??

Not sure if its also called that, I just know that Precision built it for me, according to them they don't make a lot of those. I want to start off by saying I do have this on other sites, and in regaurds to that I do have someone who said they want it then another person argued saying they will pay all shipping and the arguments started. So in fairness to everyone, I am going to require whoever buys it to pay 550 plus shipping, so 1st dibs goes to the person on the other site, 2nd TNX, 3rd will be mick nick. So in respeect to everyone, I will have to have everyone pay shipping to their house. Since I have been getting arguments from different people, so just to make it fair to everyone, shipping will have to be paid by the buyer, its the only conclusion i have found to stop the arguments. Let me know if there is any questions.

Not sure if its called anything else. I had Precision make this one specially for me, it wasn't an off the shelf one. And it is now your turn, the other guy's wife wouldn't allow the purchase. And like I said before in order to make it fair to everyone, I have to charge shipping. let me know if your interested still.

I don't know, I have only found 3 threads about this turbo, and 1 was this. :D It looks like a quality piece, the price is right, but I was hoping it was a 6131. It took me months to get my mind off of anything besides a TA-49, old faithful. Let me stew on it/research, if you sell it then it's my loss.

Looks identical to my 6131.

6131 pushed me to a 12.1 with crappy 60'. Pushed the car from one end to the other without giving up at 26 psi.

I hate it when people change what they org. post. Mike

Like Micknick said above, you first said that shipping was included in your first post- than you changed up and wanted to charge shipping. Doing that caused you to lose some of your creditability. Just my 2cents ;)

And like I stated I am sick of people turning everything into a debate, people getting pissed and starting an argument over nothing. TO stop people from arguing I had to charge shipping to everyone. I can gaurantee you will never find a used Turbo in this good of condition, one that has not been beat on or raced with. But its mick nick's and whoever else loss if they want to hold it against me that I wanted to stop arguments on this board. They will loose out on this deal, I know there is someone that will look past that technicallity to save near 250 to 300 dollars. Most shipping will cost for this item is 36.00 and thats going from MN to LA. When you consider that cost its a lot to throw away when complaining about shipping.....Just my .02

What chip are you running? Is TurboTweak familiar with this turbo, where can I find info about it? For me it's the unknowing, the turbo looks nice, you have cred, the deal seems good, but I don't know if I have the right combo for that turbo.

I am running a max effort programmable chip, extremely similar to the programmable TT chips. Not sure if he knows anything about it, however you can try contacting precision turbo or contact d0n_3d on this board he used to work for precision and was working for them when they built this turbo for me. The converter your unning should be plenty for it. From your signature it should make this turbo scream. There is one person ahead of you form a different board. It doesn't sound to promising for him, but I gotta give people their chances in order. It should give you plenty of time to contact Don or precision about it. With the exception of your cam, DP, chip, injectors, intercooler we have a very similar combo. This turbo was working perfect with the 42.5lb injectors, but since I built my motor I went with 75lb injectors. I have a powerstroke intercooler, 214/214 hydraulic cam, 3 1/2" THDP and programmable max effort chip, all of which should not make one bit of a difference if it will work with your combo. You have plenty of support in fuel, cooling, and exhaust to support it. Send d0n_3d a PM on this board and ask him the question. And its spelt D "ZERO" Not an "O" just so its clear. Let me know what you decide.

adcgn your 4th in line, there is one guy as stated in just the last post that is gonna let me know by tomorrow morning, which like i said he doesn't look to promising, then comes project TNX, then a gentlemen who messaged me this morning, I will send out all pics and let everyone know the progress. In the mean time I will get a price quote for you.
