I'm looking to spend in the $400 - $500 range. I don't think it is, but is this turbo dual ball bearing?

No it is not dual BB.

I have one I may be willing to let go. 1000 miles or so. $500 shipped if I sold it.

no its not dual bb, im selling it because im going with the new gt6776h.. i may be able do $575 plus shipping if you were interested.
