I'll take them if not yet sold, how much to ship to 44643. Or I can use my FedEx account and send you a shipping lable via E-mail to ship them.

I commited to buy before Onalky, I hope you do the right thing and sell them to me.

sale is pending on these I'm going with the first person who said they wanted them before 1:30pm If it falls thru Thru I'll let you know

I'm still trying to figure this one out, one person ask for location, another shows interest, but nobody commits to buy until I posted. Are their not any kind of rules in this forum dictating how a sale should be transacted?

Ya know...... I personally could not agree more.

There have been quite a few items for sale lately that either the seller doesn't respond to interested parties, or they list it for sale, and then magically their next post say "sold"?

WTF?? If you have it sold locally, eBay, Craigslist, or whatever the case may be, don't F-ing post it here then. All that you're doing is wasting peoples time & getting their hopes up that they have found the part they're looking for, only to have it sold before they can get the words "I'll take it" out of his/her mouth.

I think it should be posted who looked 1st..

ie. 1st dibbs, 2nd ect....3 ,4 ,5 And if the 1st does not want it should go down list.. (And when item has sold it should be stated so at end of post.)

Still have the wheels something has come up and I do'nt have time to deal with it right now I would prefer to sell them local though If I do relist them I will make sure I handle it correctly who gets 1st dibs etc

One more thing Dino while 1 was asking location and showing interest others are PMing saying thet will take them I had some draglites I listed here and on race junk what people do is respond real quick saying they will take them and you give them your paypal then you wait for payment which you never receive they run and hide I don't know what they are tring to accomplish I'm starting to think they are tring to hack my paypal account so far it hasn't happened but it makes me wonder what thier up to

LSJM1,
what side of atlanta ? I may be driving threw there in 2 weeks Ill PM you to see if you still have them before I drive through.

Nothing can be done about post stating "ill take them, first in line...etc". As long as there is PM's, there is no way of knowing who was really first to commit/want an item. This is a sweet deal so i can see everyone getting all upset though.

If selling an item on an open forum the sale should be kept open to all potential buyers. It is not fair to all interested parties if the sale goes private through PM's. Rules should be in place to prevent this. Not saying that closeing a deal can not be handled through PM's, sometime private info is traded through the close of a sale. But if posted on an open forum then the sale is open to all parties viewing the post, and only deals closed on the open forum should be considered good closed deals. Take it how you want to, but good business is good business no matter how you look at it. Another thing that needs to be addressed is the charge of PayPal fees, their is a federal law to charge fee's for credit or debit transaction fee to the buyer. includeing PayPal transactions. This is common practice on this site, not on any other site I'm subscribed to.
