It literally fell out from above the fuse block while I was working in the area. Where does it go?... what does it do?

I haven't came across anything that doesn't work yet, except my dimmer circuit short.

Capacitor for noise on the electrical system. plugged into the fuse box IIRC. My car is not here at the moment so I cannot verify exactly for you.

It is the radio capacitor. It is supposed to be mounted via the upper right screw in the fuse block, and plugs into one of the BAT locations near bottom center of fuse block.

OK it's back in ... thanks for the help. I wonder why it was just tucked up on the bundle not attached.
