I know this isnt going to be a popular thread but i had to take a shot at it anyway. Yesterday i went and put my downpayment on HALO 2, due out November 9th. If you are alive you will hear about this simple video game on XBox breaking all kinds of records. I want to know who plays video games to this day and how old you are? Oh by the way, if your too old to play video games and you have kids, you better get on the bandwagon and buy this game for your kids because if they own an XBox they will want this game.

It is the only game I play. My dad, uncle, father-in-law, his brother, and I get together 3 times a week to play. We have 4 xbox's hooked up together to get maximum viewing area. And like your self, we can't wait for the release of Halo 2 either.

my kid's been waiting for this game for a long time now, i love x-box, but i have all three, i got two kids one likes, ps2 & the other game cube, but i guess i'll have to buy another X-BOX my little one wants the green? x-box? and bty i'm 35 and still love video games, a friend of mine has 80 games stored on his x-box's hard drive the guy's smart as hell, he download's the game and then he play's it with no waiting for loading no nothing, has anyone else done this?

i can't wait for halo either. i'm 26 and halo has to be the best game i've ever played ( first person shooter that is ). how many of you play halo 1 online on gamespy? oh, i did have a modded x-box with a bunch of games on it, but i just sold it because you can't play online with a modded one. i'm going to buy another one pretty soon. i can't wait for nov. 9th either. there's nothing like having 16 people in one house on 4 television playing capture the flag, or slayer on blood gulch.

I am 29 years old. I will be 30 Nov 18th. Halo is the only game I play. My buddies have their whole house networked and we get games of around 16 people going a couple times a month. We also play on XBox connect. Between us we have 5 copies reserved.

I can't wait.

I consider myself a pretty good halo 1 player. All levels completed on Legendary (co-op of course), anyone beat Legendary on 1 player? I would bow down to anyone who can do that. I consider myself an expert on Sidewinder and Rat Race for deathmatch. For Capture the flag i have to go with Blood Gulch (too many vehicles and hiding spots to not have fun).
I am way to excited about Halo 2. New enemies, new weapons (including dual pistol, and assault rifle has a scope). Plus it isnt going to be so easy to thrash people by running into them with the ghosts anymore, they have a move to jump upon them . And Halo 2 is Xbox Live!!! Talk about consumption of my life for acouple of months. Better not procrastinate on my engineering homework

I play halo quite often I'm 17 and play a lot of counter strike. One of my friends is like rated 8 in the nation he goes by chump on the game, he's won plasma screen tv's and thousands in prizes its insane. good game 2 looks a lot better the guns look better too the machine gun in the first one is fairly worthless on multi-player

I have wasted a lot of hours playing Halo I. On the ship, we would play with 6-8 guys for hours on end. Makes a 6 month cruise go by faster.

sorry to say. i decline the challange,... you have already beat me on halo lol. we played a long time ago.. my other name is Antagonist. duno if you remember me.. but yes you skooled me pretty hard. and ill admit it. Nice job we should get together and play agian some time!

I'll be 34 Oct. 1, love playing Xbox. My very favorite games are Splinter Cell 1 and 2, although 2 wasn't as good as 1. Splinter Cell 3 Chaos Theory is coming out for the holidays and can't wait for that. Halo just flat out rocks! But it is so damn busy! Looking very forward to Halo 2, I just hope they leave the Flood and the freakin Library outta the sequel

I hope you put your pr-orders in or you'll most likely have to wait. I've heard stores have been getting tons of orders.

As for me, I've invested too much into my PS2 already, so no Xbox for me. We'll see what next round of consoles brings.

Wow, small world. Yes, antagonist sounds familiar. We dont do it that much, but I agree with talking trash. Once most people are angry they lose their game.

We also have found it gets you better games sometimes. Some of the pro's like to beat up on people who talk alot of crap. We've had games where we get beaten 50 to mid teens all night long. We put welcomings like "Need two super elites targets", or "Super elites come get owned" etc. It brings the good ones out.

Look us up anytime you want to play. I don't get on that much right now because of school, but my brother/friends do. My brother is KillaB_ my, buddies are Walnuthill-lane.

I have not played across the Inet, but I have played against literally 100s of guys on the base when I was still in the military.

I will check that out when I get a chance. I will try and get set up as Taffy.

It will be nice to play against some guys that actually know what is going on.
