I just ordered a booster assy. with a new master cylinder for a regular ole 87 "G" Body with a 3.8 Litre
*at around a hundred bucks, you can't go wrong ! Everything I've read too this point (again I have the "new" pedal)
is pretty much "plug n' play right ?

*Theirs a nice tutorial with some GREAT text (easy to understand) ...

I HATE to "modify" ANYTHING, esp. with 18,000 miles on this car ... but here I think their is no reason
not to. I'll tell ya, it's scary when the thing "fails" !!!

The irony is it has NOT failed since !!! ...... "CRAZY".

Yeah, but eventually it will do it again and you dont want it to happen at wide open throttle because its not stopping. Your not modifying (cutting, drilling, etc) nothing. Everything is just take off and replace. The pedal is key and the vaccum block for the top of the intake, I used gbody parts block. It matches the grooves of the top of the intake. Dont worry your not depreciating the car because everything can be put right back. Better to be safe than sorry only 18,ooo miles on it dont chance it. Good luck.

Well Tony,

I installed it and it couldn't have been easier! I bleed the brakes (I probably didn't have to)
and they work as nice / better then the original ! The Power-master shines as if new, and I wrapped
it all up and put it away for some "Die-Hard" down the line.

Thanks for "pushing me over the cliff" , ... and you confidence is / was MUCH appr. !!!

All my best,

Tom
