Hard Brake Pedal

Ok guys, I have had my Turbo Regal in storage for 3 years and now I am bringing it out to finish and drive this summer. When I took it out the brake light was on and the pedal is hard. Could the power master gone bad sitting that long? What else can I do to check or get this fixed? Any advice will greatly be appreciated.

Could be a couple of things, I would check the fuse in the fuse block, could be a bad pressure switch on the powermaster unit.
Could also be a bad accumulator, or somrthing electrical with the motor.
