Anybody make or sell the J-shaped rod for the stock shifter. Mine bends slightly using a transbrake and it sticks.

I sure thought someone on this board was making or was having them made?

Yes and i am buying a few to try. As you know it does not take much to bend the stocker slightly and get misalignment/sticking and on launch the shifter will go all the way to park. Hope this rod helps. PM Todd. Seems like a good guy.

Todd is a great guy to deal with .. We will be "testing" his "J" hook in a few weeks

J rod

Todd is a great guy but works alot. We started carrying them for him.
GBodyParts.com Online
Todd also built an aluminum adjuster to replace the white factory unit.
Ryan doesn't have it up on the site yet but it should be shortly.
It gives the handle itself a stronger feel. I think this will cut down on the shifter handles cracking internally or the chrome rod from breaking an ear off.
We have a package deal for $65.00 for the Rod & the aluminum adjuster.

How much for the adjuster only? I was one of the ones that bought a jrod from Todd awhile back. I wouldn't mind upgrading the adjuster at the same time.

$15.00 when you buy the J rod $19.95 by itself. I can mail it to you $20.00 shipped to Canada. USPS
