It is pretty fun!
I placed second in our class with a 2.23 second 100ft time at 57.3mph.

What would my 60ft time have been?
How about the 1/4 mile?

This was done with my new stroker engine, lotsa fun!!!!

I didnt really notice that!! Thats 0 to 60 in under 3 seconds  . Nice

Ya know, my first reaction when reading this was why, but having not done it I can't knock it. And it could be done in a lot more places because of size. I'm going to try autocrossing this weekend(in the 5.0, not the gn)mainly because I've never done it and I want to give it a try. How long has 100 ft racing been around?

Little I build roadrace cars for a living and if you are using radials to autocross especially street tires pump the air pressure up to about #42 front #40 rear or you will kill your tires.

have all my runs on lappy logged on DS so its easy to find any distance/mph/time during the run but only have last fridays run of my 86on this PC

not one of its best running days only 1.513 60 and this run was only 1/8th due to crossover blowing off ,

launching 10psi on drag radials
60' 1.513
100' is right about 2.08-2.10 , estimated 53mph

0-60mph 2.52
0-100 mph 6.67

no clue on your 60' or 1/4 as the only data is at 100'
a guess with reasonable 60' , 10.5 -10.3 at close to 130mph

my 1/8 according to slip was only 101.29 at 6.79

dug up the 10.41 log and looking at it feel if your car can complete the 1/4 its more like a 10.3 maybe better

slip on drag radials 10psi launch
1.431
4.204
6.576 @ 102.8
8.647
10.418 @ 126.99

log shows same 1.43 at 60'
100' at 1.92 seconds @ 56mph

0-60mph 2.14 @ 116ft
0-100mph 5.87 @ 566ft

Cool! I still left pretty soft at 6psi,car starts picking up hard after that. No transbrake here....

I was going to add that this was through crappy exhaust at 20psi. SHould be lotsa room for increase!

A thread from the dead! You guys just focus on the Hartline tuning you will get this weekend, don't worry about my broken car....:)
