I would ask my buddy, but he left for NC yesterday for a week.

My girlfriend is getting her first car @ 24 years of age.

She wants a black GS :D

Here is the VIN from one locally with high miles.........

2G4WF14L5P1431138

If anybody could I would be greatful!

Also.......

I thought built in USA begins with the # 1, so is #2 Canada?

If so the odometer should be in kilometers. (going to look at it tonight)

And the engine code should be a 3 for 3800, but it's L......

Slightly confused, will have to do more VIN breakdown searching.

2=canadian built, G=general motors, 4=buick, WF=regal, gran sport, 1=2 door coupe, 4=passive automatic seat belts, L=3.8, v6, MFI, US built, 5 is a check digit (which is valid), P=1993, 1=plant, Oshawa Ontario Canada, 431138 is the production sequence (it is also in range)

but was really looking for a CarFax report on the VIN.
