i bought the whole thing like that, from a nascar team, only has 100 miles on it, I still need to bring the compression ratio down to 9.1. this motor was dynod at 540 hp with a 390 carb.

Buying my motor was the cheap part. I paid $2800 for the same motor (never fired) with the carb on (not a new carb). That is what started my sickness. Hopefully the car will be finished next week so I can go into recovery. Good Luck and keep it simple like I didn't.
