As some of you know I have had some DS issues lately. I have a replacement DS on the way. It is currently in a low 11 second GN so I assume it will do for my weekend toy. I will NEVER go over 75 mph again ;-)
Anyway, I plan to have it balanced and while it is at the shop I thought maybe I should put in some HD u-joints? What say ye?
I asked if they use Spicer and they said no, they use Napco. I looked on the web and Napco and Spicer seem to be about the same.
Anyone ever used Napco U-joints? I have a friend who does not think highly of Spicer after he broke one of their UJ's over the weekend. He admits it might have been a fluke.
Should I bother with the HD joints or just bolt in what he has?
Also, it will come with his trans yoke. Should I use that or attach the shaft to my yoke?
