head casting number??

found a set of ported V6 heads casting number 1249175, 1975-ish I think. Are these worth a damn in a turbo application?

8445 and SOME 6293 head cstings are the only ones that will work in a turbo application. Look at the water ports at each end of the head. If they are dog bone shaped then they will not work. If they have a bridge in the middle of the openig, then they will work ok. Look for 8445 or "SOME" 6293 castings. Here's a picture of the 8445 head deck and see the end water port has a "bridge" in the middle of it. That is what you need to look for.
