I'm trying to calculate my old engines compression compared to my recent rebuild.

Old pistons were TRW .030 forged.
The piston to deck height was stock (I assume with those pistons...block was not decked). Maybe .060" ???
The gasket volume was 8.6cc
The heads were GN1R full ported. Looks like the chamber was also.

So the questions are: Anyone know the combustion chamber cc's of the GN1R heads? These are full race ported by Champion so I assume they were cnc'd in the chambers too. I know TA has their heads listed at 55cc for the full ported versions.

Also, what's the cc's of the .030" TRW forged piston dish?

The pistons I have now have 32cc dish volume
The deck height is 0
The gasket volume is 8.6cc
So all I need to know is the chamber cc's of the GN1R's???

Searching came up with nothing. Thanks.

Most of the untouched TA and GN-1 heads we have checked over the years are ~47cc.

After speaking to the rep

I can say the rep at champion says 46cc to 50 cc depending on the customers request.
