Head gasket change advice/HELP

I am changing a set of heads on a motor that has studs. I have the felpro gaskets and just about ready to get started. Could someone tell me the proper torque and sequence? Any recommendations on sealant and detailed steps would be greatly appreciated. If your near springboro ohio any help would be nice too LOL.
