Looking for help on installation of Don Cruz vacuum delete kit with 1/2" the spacer

Have started to install the vacuum delete kit and am stuck.
Can't figure out how to connect the small vacuum lines to pneumatic tubing so they can be connected to the supplied vacuum manifold with the push lock fittings.
Also I see people have connected directly to the Fuel Pressure Regulator. I have a Kirbans Billet Aluminum FPR. Can anybody help me please.
Not able to install the red rubber "O" ring in the vacuum block off plate on throttle body. The damn thing won't stay in the recessed groove. I'm thinking of just installing a new paper gasket and calling it a day. Any one else experience this. Wondering how you ended up installing yours.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Put a light film of vaseline to hold the O ring and you need a fitting for the regulator, Don has them.
