Just because its 43 at idle doesn't mean its keeping up thru the entire run...you need to monitor fuel pressure and make sure it rises as boost rises and not falls off in the upper RPM range.

Checked fuel pressure the day before and it was 43 with vacuum line off at idle.

How old is the alky pump?
How old is the fuel pump and of known good origin?
Fuel pump hotwired? Last time fuel filter changed?
Sure of the MAP signal line to MAP sensor not cracked or rotted, etc?
Chip made for alky?
WOT Fuel psi risen rate?

All of the above items were purchased new and have been on car for approximately 13 months. Car has TT alky chip

No way to truly know, best I can tell you that I have a fuel pump that's only a year old. It's a Walbro 255. I will tape a fuel pump to the windshield once I put it back together.

Well thats enough to pop it and could easily be it. Get a gauge and line...hook to fuel rail and tape, etc to windshield and see what the risen rate is. If you havent or didnt check then you CAN NOT rule it out.
