Head Studs/9441 Hg Question

Hey Guys...want To Ask...first Time Using Head Studs And Im Using 9441 Hg... I Beleive Is A Good Choice....yes/no... And Just Wanted To Know Your Procedure Of Installation....just To Compare...thanks Vinny...also Want Kind Of Boost # With This Combo Are Some Of You Seeing...thnx Again

Headgasket is fine. I'm getting ready to do the same thing with studs. Torque according to factory sequence and torque nuts to 85 ft/lbs on iron heads. Make sure the treads and nuts on the studs have oil on them for proper torque reading. Tighten studs snug. I use permatex thread sealant on the bottom threads going into the block because they protrude into the water jackets.
