header panel plastic inserts

ok i really need these small plastic inserts that go into the header panel holes for the headlight bezel to b able to screw on anyone? i need 4 of them i hope my description makes sense as to wat im looking for

Are you talking about the plastic Squares clips? http://www.oldbuickparts.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=1_15&products_id=8130 these should work, might be able to get them at any auto store.
