B.T.O. Transmission
I have their level II in my GN. Last month my motor and trans was pulled for a complete rebuilt. It was during that time I found out that my transmission wasn't an original GN transmission. It was a 2004R from an Olds. B.T.O. is Approx. 15 Mins. from my house and because I didn't have an original GN trans and Vale body Assy. to rebuild, I had nothing to lose. So I decided to call them. I spoke to the owner, who told me that they could build a Level II trans. W/ a GN governor Assy. and shift points? I'm not a trans person, so I had to take his word for it. I also got their Extreme Duty converter. I have only put approx. 400 miles on the motor and trans, but I'm very happy with the set up. The trans shifts very firm (not too hard) and the converter pulls hard When I get on it. This is my frist GN so it's hard to compare it, but I do own several muscle cars and my daily driver is a 07 Corvette. I would compare the current performance of this vehicle to my Vette.
