Heat sheilds....where do these go?

I didn't take the car apart bought is partially assembled. Can anyone tell me where these go?

Top one looks like starter the other on the HVAC box down low by downpipe.

The one on the first pic is for the starter, the other goes on the passenger side valve cover bolt to protect from uppipe heat.

Or maybe im wrong on the second one

In the second pic the tab at the bottom goes to the back of the alternator bracket like shown below...

Whoops, hot air car. Sorry. The firsr us still the starter.
