Heater Core leaking

Well my heater core has slowly gotten worse and I just keep putting it off. So I have finally decided I will change it this next month sometime since I don't really drive the car much anyways. Is the heater core the same as any other GTA? What brand is suggested that will last so I will never have to go through this again? Also will I need to take the dash out or what is another alternative to this? I thought I read you could do it from underneath. Basically just any tricks or tips you guys have would help me out a lot.

Heater core is the same for all 3rd gen's, as for brand I can't advice (I have a brand new one laying around just in case ...

Yep.

Follow that route and you should be fine.

There is no need to remove the entire dash as people do(never understood that one).

Its a tight fit, but lots better than yanking a dash from our cars

Believe there are some pics as well if u search on the cooling board there too.
