Who makes a heavy duty actuator with a base setting of lower than 18psi boost. I dont want a stock act. but I thought I read somewhere a while back you can get ann actuator with a lower tension spring. I need to get my boost down until I can afford to buy the alky kit. 18psi is just a little too much for pump 93 octane.

The highest boost ill turn it up to will be 24-25psi.

Garrett does not make a Heavy Duty actuator that will run lower than 18psi. What you need is basically what I have on my car as we are running the same turbo. Only difference is mine is a dbb. A standard spring actuator from PTE specifically for your E compressor cover, (so it will bolt up) and an RJC boost controller. I can run my boost all the way down to 15psi for a low setting, and have already turned it up to 29psi at BG. With your TE-60 turbo you have, you shouldn't have to port the wastegate hole on your housing. I know on turbos that come with the T-31 Stage 3 turbine wheel, you won't have to port the wastegate hole. (My turbo is a 6031RE with the .900 sized hole from PTE with a Terry Houston 3" DP) Garrett currently only makes two wastegate actuators, Standard spring, (12-22psi by itself, up to 30 with an RJC) and a Heavy Duty spring (18-35/36ish)
Hope this helps.
