Help! Black Carbon on all 6 plugs?

I pulled my plugs today and did a compression test because I was getting some smoking at idle. They looked like this, carbon build up on all 6 plugs, everywhere is carbon black. I need to figure out what's going on. I have never seen my plugs like this, but it's been smoking alot.

The fuel pressure is set at 45psi and I didn't check my 02's, it might actually be bad. I tore it down this morning to a shortblock, removed iron heads and switching to GN1 Aluminum. I just wanted to make sure this didn't have anything to do with the bottom end. I will be getting a new 02 and cam sensor.

Definitely getting too much fuel. Could try a lower FP if your blm's are at their limit. If they aren't look for exhaust leaks. Exhaust leaks pre-o2 sensor will show a lean condition to the ECM which will make your engine run rich.

I will try these as soon as I get it back together sometime this week. I did'nt see or hear any exhaust leaks. It builds boost fine, power braking & driving. The only thing I have been having a problem with is when I first start it, it starts fine and idles, but when I put it in gear it dies. Start again and it will be okay.

Too cold of a plug will do that and foul out real quick also...
