Help Boost

Im having a problem with boost,the adjustable wastegate will not let me go over 23psi.I know its threded long enough because last year i could get it to 28,I think its a heavy duty.Does anyone know of something else it could be and or what kind of wastegate sould i go with if its bad?

Did you make any other changes between then and now? A cracked header or exhaust leak could reduce max boost as could a partially clogged wastegate solenoid. 28 psi is a lot of boost for ported heads and a TE44. You may want to go with a higher timing chip and lower boost.

No other changes were made and i have tried changing solenoid.
