Ok just check for spark it has it.......Spinns over like it has no compression??????Backfires threw intake when trying to start it up.......So Would the cam sensor or the crank sensor do this.Is there any way to check them and if so how do you check them??????????????

If the motor is spinning real easy, the timing chain may have jumped or even broke.

Pull the cam sensor cap and see if the wheel spins when you crank the motor.

When it spins real easy I think Timing Chain could be fried as mentioned above.
Pop a valve cover & spin it over. Hope its not that & just a sensor!

Ok installed a new crank sensor car ran great....I turned car off crank it back up again a few more times I let it sit for about 30 mins crank back up fine......Button every thing back up let car off jacks stands went to test drive car and back to same problem WTF?????????????

Did you replace with AC/Delco? How did you set the gap?

No I use one from Advance auto parts GP Sorensen # CSS6P and I used a REG. feeler gauge......

What is the AC/Delco part #????
Should I have some other kind of feeler gauge? If so where can I get one?

It also might be sounding like timing change I was getting a lot of noise in the front end when I was able to get it started.....Who has a good timing chain set?Was thinking about this one Edelbrock 7829 - Edelbrock Performer-Link True Roller Timing Chain Sets - summitracing.com anyone use this one before?

Part# ACD 213-292 Part# GM 12537109

Any time I have ever replaced the sensor with something other than ac/delco, It's never works right. I've always had to go back and replace with ac. Feeler gauge or even a match book should work fine for setting.

Good Luck!

Rick

It is looking more timing chain......and cam sensor shaft I can pick the center of it up and pull stright up a good 1/2 of inch.....
