Help Fast!!!!

I just started taking the old roof rail weatherstripping out and I am not sure if the drip rail and trim need to come out also. Does the weatherstripping just push back in there? Please help I need to get this done by this weekend. Thanks in advance

Nothing needs to be removed. The weather strip IS held in by a few screws here and there though.
