Help.. I broke a vac t of some sort?

I was cleaning up my vac lines and broke a t of some sort anybody know what this is and where I can get another?

Its check valve broke mine to i bought mine autozone.Help section part# 47150

Go to your pull n pay go to the GM section and gather up the assorted vacuum lines in the best condition you can find. Then order anything that is missing. Do not forget the vac block, gasket, and pvc as those get old too.

That is a check valve as well as a tee, so be sure you get the proper replacement,
