I am trying to get in touch with Brian but no luck...I know he's in the middle of moving to NC but I called several times both his old number as well as the new one but there isn't any reply...I also sent an e-mail but got no response yet. I know Brian is a good guy and I'm not worried, but I just wanted to know when will he ship my two wheels?...Does someone had the same issue?

I know his estimated re-opening date was today, but bear in mind that's only an estimate.....moving a buttload of crap 1/2way down the east coast, then organizing it is probably the ultimate nightmare:eek: .
 
He's not getting back to his vendors either but I wouldn't worry about it quite yet. At least his new number is now ringing.:) I am sure it is going to take him a full day just to return calls and emails when he gets back to business.
 
Yep, I only ordered 2 step hoses on April 5th.
I havn't seen or heard anything.
I've never had a problem with them.
Moving sucks the big one for sure.
But having to wait to install my new PTE Front mount sucks worse.:D

I hope he get's everything in order and up and going soon.
 
Mark, I'm not worried because having dealt with Brian before and I had great service. Also everyone in the Turbobuick community know how good a reputation he has...
I understand that moving all his Buick stuff must be quite an experience...if not a headache!!...I'll give him time to organize himself and I'll surely hear from him soon.
I'm not worried but just anxious to get my wheels! :biggrin: :biggrin:

It can take awhile if your parts aren't in stock too. I waited a couple weeks when it happened to me, but didn't know anything about it until I finally called because my order status was stuck on 'processing'
 
Ya, I tried calling today but no luck. I just figured he's still unpacking etc.
 
Is he back yet?

Does someone knows if he's resumed business?...I tried to call him all this past week long with no luck. The phone rings, but no answer...

Still no answer as of today ...Worse that that!...I call and the line keeps cutting off!!...What's going on???...I know Brian is an ok guy but I'm beginning to worry about my wheels that are already pre-paid...:frown:
