Help me ID this turbo

I got a precision turbo for really cheap but Im worried it may be way too big for what I want to do. It needs to be rebuilt and the exhaust housing is totally not compatible with a turbo regal. I havent had the comressor housing off yet, but the exhaust wheel is about 60mm and the compressor has a 4 inch inlet with an integral inlet, not a bolt on. Is it possible to have this turbo turned into a te61 or similar? I was told its a T04S, but I dont know what that means.. Pics coming soon.

Too big? What does that mean?

I'm sure a turbo vendor can transform it into something usable.
