i got my trans rebuilt about 300 miles ago. it seemd fine until today i pulled out the driveway and it shifted right thru all the gears w/out really touchin the gas. i was doin 25 in overdrive. i really dont want to bring it back to the trans guy.is it just the shift kit messin up

It sounds as if the tv cable is disconnected or the inner tv valve or tv limit valves are stuck.You are running at low pressure as well unless the mtv upshift valve is stuck.Call the place you ot it and have them put a pressure gage on it.If you continue to drive you may burn the trans up.

you WILL burn up the transmission. I'd call a wrecker and have it taken to whomever did the
rebuild before driving it another mile.
Chris is being a (too) nice a person. I wonder how your trans lasted 300 miles, specially the way most of us drive these toyz.
Improperly adjusted/installed TV cables have killed more 200's than any other single thing I can think of
you WILL burn up the transmission. I'd call a wrecker and have it taken to whomever did the
rebuild before driving it another mile.
