HELP need 17x8" wheel & tire options

Looking to get a set of torq thrust type m 17" rims for my 86gn.
What will fit without any mods?
17x8's all around? 17x9's rear?
What size tires?
Anybody have any pics of turbo buicks with 17's?

i just installed new wheels and tires,i have 17x8 in the front with 4'' bs and the back i have 17x9.5 with a 4.75 bs, my gn is 100 percent stock. also back tires are 275/40's i due have some pic's for you

17x8s

Ive decided to go with 17x8's 4" bs 245/45 fronts and 17x8s 4.5" bs rear. Unfortunatley the wheels I want dont come in 9's so I'm stuck with 8's in the rear.
What size tire should I put on the rear 275/40, 275/45, or 255/45 ???

i would go with a 4''bs in the back,as of tires for the back its hard to say.
if you are looking for alot of meat with street tire or if you are going
with drag radials,maybe 255 for street tires and 275 for drag radials. If it was me i would look around and look at other gn setup before buying tires.also please take pictures when your new wheels our on the car for all to see

I'm gonna go with drag radials. M/T only has 275/40/17
What do you think? Why 4" instead of 4.5" bs?

some of the guys here are running 315 /35/17 drag radial with a 4.75 bs
with no problemsi think they are nittos tires not sure
