Help needed!!!!!!

The transmission is shifting, but none of gears seem to be engaging. All help is appreciated.

How do you know it's shifting if the car isn't moving? Do you mean you can put the trans in any gear and the car doesn't move? If that's the case you may have broken the forward drum shaft.
