Help no fuel pressure

I checked voltage at relay, fuse panel, and to the connector before the fuel pump all had voltage . Now I just replaced fuel pump it was running fine and now it is the same problem. Is there a way to check the fuel pump without taking the tank down. Are there any other areas to check that I missed any help would be greatfully appreciated.

If you turn the key to ignition, you will be able to hear the pump whine from inside the tank. Aftermarket pumps are louder, and I assume yours is aftermarket since you just installed it.
