I am relatively new to the TurboBUick site. I just purchased a 1987 GN this past week end and would like help/assistance regarding wheels and tires. The car currently has 11,000 miles on it and I am putting the wheels and tires away.
I am looking for 17 x 8 wheels and want to know what size tire I can purchase that will not have any fitment issues with rubbing or turning. I dont want to get real crazy, just need a bit more traction than I now have.
Any help would be appreciated.

PS..If the 17x8 wheels are not the best choice, then any info or direction would also be appreciated !
