Yes at this point it is all stock. All I have done is a Hotwire aftermarket fuel pump. I plan on some upgrades not sure if I will change out the turbo but I will get to things like chip, injectors, and I am in the process of a front mount intercooler to gain some room in the engine bay. I have a spare set of heads so I will probably have them mildly worked over and install new springs. It had a 200 4r in it but had started slipping under boost so I pulled it and planned on a rebuild but have since talked myself into a th350. I do have a D5 convertor to get rid of. This is not my primary drive vehicle and my plans are just a tribute truck for my Uncle who started this project.
I have been trying to figure out what are the must do mods/upgrades since I know very little about the engine itself. All I know is my uncle purchased it off someone in the Oklahoma City area, installed it in the truck and used it as his daily driver for a few years before he passed.
I need a convertor soon so I can get it back in running order and start fixing all the "shortcuts" my uncle did.
