I installed the Jay Jackson TB/plenum, RJC power plate and the revision E Extender chip and now the car won't start. It fires but immediately dies, like the chip anti-theft is still on, but I disabled that through the start sequence. The orange ECM wire is connected, the TPS is plugged in, the IAC is plugged in and the chip is seated. Also, TL does not indicate any TPS at all, WOT or idle (of course with motor not running since it won't start). Is their something different in the revision E chip start procedure that I am missing? I also noticed that I could not change the BLM settings in Cells 12-15 per the instructions. What am I missing? Thanks.

Put the old prom in and try it again. Disconnect orange wire before changing prom. If you aren't getting data, sound like ECM is not working.

I put in an Armstrong chip and the car started. However, a code 22 (TPS voltage low) was set and the car idled very high at 1,900 rpm's and climbing when I shut it off. I moved the TPS around but I still could not get any TPS readings on TL.
