i was owner of 1987 GN 22 years ago. Found a 1985 GN with 53k miles, mint condition. Is asking 8500. But seems a lot slower than what i remember my 1987 intercool. But car is SOOOO clean. Can this 1985 be upgraded to meet my expectations?

The 85 is a "hot air" car no intercooler, noticeably slower than the 86-87's the choice is yours.

I've never seen a HA car worth 8,500 $.........no matter how clean it is.

It can be upgraded, but to what extent do you have in mind, just minor upgrades or do you have serious mods in mind? in other words what are your performance goals for this car?
