Hello soo my girlfriend nailed a curb and the back track/panhard bar is bent I just want to make sure that's what it's called, the one that is bent is the solid bar not the adjustable one it's a 2003 impala

It is called a control arm. Easy to replace.

On the "W" body, the one that runs front to back is the control arms. The ones that run side to side from the center to the wheels are lateral links, refered to as control arms or track bars as well.
