I bought this car like that ,any idea what converter this is ? seller said : I think it is a Art car N/L with 3200 stall , he was not sure , the number in the center is .... A 39........

, it was matched up with the car build in my sig. but with TE- 63 turbo with manual shift turbo 400 trans , it spooled like crazy building boost on every shift in normal street driving ,I switched to my 76GTQ dual ball bearing turbo and it still spools very nice but it is little too loose for me on the street , would like to get something little bit tighther , any suggestions , any ideas what converter it is ? thanks
