Help. Transmission problems. Austin- Buda area

Our GN just started making a grinding noise. It does it when at low rpm going from 2nd to 1st, and 1st to almost stopped. It sounds like its trying to come out of gear. I havent really had time to pull the pan and make sure i didnt see any metal yet. Would love for someone to help or point me to a good shop.
