Help w/Factory Stereo reinstall

Hi. I've just purchased a factory 87' stereo. The original harnesses are all still in place so that part was a breeze, but I have 1 wire that i'm a little confused on. It's on the antenna jack side, next to the orange/brown wire. it's a white wire with a black cover on it. The stereo is not working when hooked up and this might be the culprit. Any thoughts?
