Help w/ Trans CrossMember ReInstall

I pulled out the trans cross member on my 87 GN to install new bushings and I'm having trouble putting it back in.

Any tips? Do you need two people?

I assume the trans is jacked up out of the way......other than that I can't think of any other possible issues. Is it in the right way (with the bend over the exhaust)?
