Help!! Whats the Easiest Way to change door speakers

My door speakers don't work and I want to change them. Whats the easiest way to get to them.

The ONLY way is to pull the door panel off. Don't forget the hidden screws behind the pull strap and under the arm rest.

Okay...I just bought some cheap Sony Xplode speakers from Wal-Mart. Just wondering if they would fit in the doors. Reading on some posts it is hard to fit the door speakers in. Has anybody had any trouble. If I am going to have trouble, what type of things would I have to do to get them in.

If they are 5.25 Sony speakers they will fit right in. Make sur to use the mounting flange the factory speaker mounts to and you will have NO problems.

Got them in with only a few problems. Trying to figure out on how to get all of the tabs back into the metal part of the door.
