HELP, where is the low/overrun valve, pic inside

in the bottom half of this picture, I am supposed to remove the low/overrun valve. This pic is not quite clear on which of the 2 areas it comes out of. Is it the bottom one or the one 1 up from there. An arrow in the directions would have been GREAT.

mine is a CK Stage 2 so I dunno if this is one of the things Chris replaces with something else but the parts dotn fit. Here is what came out of mine

and this is the new valve that is not fitting into where it is supposed to go

I have circled, in red, the place where the valve comes from in the pic. You have to remove the big roll pin. In your last pic, you are trying to put it in the incorrect spot.
