Help with chip changes and convertor.....

I just ordered a new 3200 n/l convertor and I'm currently have a 2800 l/u convertor in my car. If I send my chips back to get reburnt for the new n/l convertor, will I be able to drive it with the new chip changes and the l/u convertor just to get the T/c installed (about 45 miles)? I only have 1 street and 1 race chip and a full tank of 93 octane which rules out the race chip. Thanks.

Yes, you can drive it on the lu chip with nlu converter. The ecm will think it's locked up on the highway and pull a little timing but won't hurt anything.
