Help with determining size of turbo (pics included)

I got my GN about 6 months ago and I have loved it since the day I got it. I want to order a Turbotweak chip for it but I do not know the size of my current turbo.

I was told by the previous owner that it is a Turbonetics Turbo but he doesn't know which one. The exterior housing has been polished and I don't see any kind of distinguishing markings anywhere other than the raised T logo on the bottom side of the turbo.

Where can I begin to look for any kind of markings to determine which turbo this is?

Will I have to remove the turbo from the car to find what I want?

Thanks in advance for any help that is given. I like being a part of a community that is so helpful no matter how "silly" the question may be.

im in the same boat, bought my gn about 6 months ago and it came with a turbo that looks almost exactly like yours. It has the spot to put an external wastegate on the exhaust housing. I was told it is a turbonetics cheetah im not sure what size, the link quick gave u has some info on the cheetah.

the only thing you can do to figure it out is to remove your inlet pipe and try to get a measurement of the compressor wheel in mm. that would give you a good idea, its definately a TE series, so anywhere from a 44-60 i would imagine
