Help with Knock

All stock car with 17,000 miles.
Just installed a Scanmaster and Retard at high as 10.0 on WOT and 02 around 800s

Under idle:

How much boost are you running?
What are you using for fuel?
Aftermarket chip? Timing?

As far as stock if you are running a stock chip you might want to look into something aftermarket. Great strides have been made since 1987 and the fuel isn't near the quality for regular and even high octane 93 pump gas.
If you aren't using a boost gauge of some kind(not the notoriously inaccurate stock bar gauge), I'd encourage you to see about something.
