I can't build more than 2-3 lbs boost when power-braking. I get to 2-3 lbs pretty fast and the motor sounds like it bogs. Sometimes if I keep it gassed for ten seconds or so, it will go higher, but not always.

Here is my new combo: New TE62, RJC boost controller & power plate, 50lb injectors, Armstrong 93 chip, 9 1/2 multi disk converter (0 stall speed... my understanding this was 3000-3200 rpm)), with pump kit. TH downpipe, 3 inch single shot.

Normal driving the boost comes up pretty good. The boost is set at 16, which is the lowest I can set it, under full throttle with the boost controller all the way out, and the accuator pulled 1/32nd of an inch or less. I'm waiting for my alky kit to turn it up.

Another problem I noticed is that with the 9 1/5 converter and pump kit, the 2-3 shift is no longer crisp...there is a short flare, or hesitation and rise in RPM's that was not there before.

Mine spiked the boost slightly at the gear changes... turned out... this was when I had the converter locking after the 1-2 gear change.... leave the converter unlocked until 70 mph ( thank you Mike Licht for the programmability of when I want my converter to lock)... the spike probalem went away.... don't know if yours is related or not.
